Kerry Murphy & Kelli Seeger Kim’s macro photography is like an oasis of calm, a world inside worlds. “Little Things” is scored to original music created especially for their show by guitarist Kevin Burnes, who is also Kerry’s brother. The synergy of this teaming takes you on an unexpected journey. Where the previously small and unnoticed… become grand and breathtakingly beautiful.
About the Artist
Creativity in some form has always been essential for me. Photography is my first affection. Having a photographer for a father, I’ve been surrounded by it my entire life but it wasn’t until several years ago that I picked up a dSLR camera and embarked on my own endeavor.
I am most often drawn toward nature and macro photography, focusing a keen eye on the amazing little wonders of the natural world and presenting them in a different light. I also enjoy capturing the ordinary, everyday things which occur in the land of suburbia and are all too often overlooked by so many.
I am always looking to grow. My skills, my approach, my perspective. There is always something new to learn and discover and I have found that photography is the perfect medium for expressing the shifting landscape that occurs along the way.
